For too long our Government has chosen to deny refugees a life of dignity and safety, by keeping people locked up indefinitely in offshore and onshore detention.
Detaining people for years on end, with no plan for their release and resettlement is keeping families apart, making people sick and robbing people of their futures.
Your donation can help provide crisis intervention and basic needs to support people in detention while also funding our legal and advocacy work to fight for peoples’ freedom.
With your support, we won’t stop until they are free.
We wanted to let you know, a portion of your donation will be going to directly provide basic needs for people in detention, including the things people need on a daily basis. This includes mobile phones, and phone credit that keeps people connected to the outside world and their loved ones and provides a pathway to their freedom.
