A social enterprise of the ASRC, ASRC Catering exists to create pathways to employment for people seeking asylum. Food is not just at the heart of our business, it’s at the heart of our community. Our food is influenced by the flavours and traditions of the diverse cultures of our staff who have come to Australia from across the globe to seek safety and start a new life.
ASRC Catering provides event catering services to the Melbourne metropolitan area and runs two cafés in partnership with the University of Melbourne at the South Melbourne and Parkville campuses. Journeys Café by ASRC offers training and employment for people who want to be in fronthouse at hospitality venues.
Bring a taste of the world to your event and help create positive change for people seeking asylum.
ASRC Cleaning is a social enterprise business that provides professional home and commercial cleaning services – with a difference. By choosing ASRC Cleaning, you empower our staff – who are all people seeking asylum – to gain Australian work experience, become financially independent, and begin to rebuild their lives with dignity.
We create pathways to meaningful employment for our cleaners through training, education and mentorship, while delivering high-quality cleaning services to our Melbourne clients.
