Naomi Fennell

Naomi Fennell is the Director of People and Culture. She oversees the Human Resources, Volunteer Engagement and Learning & Development teams at the ASRC. Naomi joined the ASRC in 2012 and led the Human Resources team during a period of exponential growth for the organisation that saw the number of staff more than triple. Naomi brings an expertise in human resources developed through a career spanning the consulting, automotive, IT, manufacturing and non-for-profit sectors.

Naomi holds a Master of Business Management Practice from Victoria University and post-graduate qualifications in Organisation Psychology. She is completing her Specialist Certificate in Strategic Leadership at the Melbourne Business School. She has been a certified member of Australian Human Resources Institute for 20 years.

In her spare time, Naomi promotes opportunities for girls in sport as a volunteer netball coach. She also teaches children, who have recently arrived in Australia, to swim.
