Natalie is an HR leader with 18 years experience in the not for profit sector. Nat loves to find contemporary workforce solutions for complex problems and drive practices of collaboration and innovation as valued and effective ways of working. Nat is passionate about supporting leadership teams, helping them to develop and strengthen culture as a means of driving organisation performance and outcomes for the community.
Nat recently worked with Whitelion Youth as their Director of People and Culture, where she led a digital and culture transformation that established strong foundations for a sustainable and data-led pathway to performance excellence. Previously, Nat worked with Australian Red Cross in both state and national roles, where she delivered on multiple change management projects and a range workforce and organisation solutions for staff and volunteers management, as well as leading organisation strategies in wellbeing, diversity and inclusion.
Nat joined the ASRC in the role of Executive Director People Place and Enablement in February 2023 and is responsible for leading Human Resources, Diversity and Inclusion, and Corporate Services (IT and Property). Nat is excited to be working with the ASRC to deliver on its people strategy and in particular to be developing solutions in organisation culture, workflow optimisation, and diversity and inclusion.
Nat has a Bachelor of Media Arts, a Post Graduate Certificate in Human Resource Management, and an accredited practitioner through Human Synergistics.
