Critical Support

Financial assistance

Some people may be able to access this if they meet our assessment criteria. This support is for emergency relief payments, utilities support, phone/internet costs, essential child expenses, administration costs, BUPA Visa health checks, essential furniture, specific unexpected expenses.

Housing assistance

Some people may be able to access short-term housing assistance if they meet our assessment criteria.

Visa documents
Identity documents
Bank statements → for food, housing, financial assistance and pharmacy support

Utility bills → for financial assistance
Rental documents → for housing support
Medical documents → for housing, food, and health support
