The ASRC can support people seeking asylum to connect with other services, provide advice about your options and – where your circumstances allow – see if you can access other services at the ASRC.

Some of the services we provide are: food, housing, education, employment, health, safety and financial relief.

If you need information and advice, you are welcome to walk in or phone us between 10.00 AM - 3.30 PM at 03 9326 6066 on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday or Friday.

Note: If you’re coming to the ASRC for the first time, we recommend that you arrive as early as possible in the day.

  • Identity documents
  • Bank statements → for food, housing, financial assistance and pharmacy support
  • Utility bills → for financial assistance
  • Rental documents → for housing support
  • Medical documents → for housing, food, and health support
