Join us for the World Refugee Day Telethon, powered by the ASRC, on Saturday 20 June, as we celebrate 25 years of the Asylum Seeker Resource Centre supporting people seeking asylum.
This year, Refugee Week celebrates A Million Stories and we invite Australians to become part of the community that helps those stories continue to unfold with dignity and hope.
Tune in, donate and help raise vital funds to provide food, shelter, healthcare, legal aid and advocacy for people seeking asylum.
Help us build a more welcoming Australia and amplify the voices of refugees by sharing our ASRC Telethon content across your digital channels.
Together, we can help write the next chapter.
This year, join Senada Suljagic, our World Refugee Day Telethon Hero, who first visited the ASRC as a child in 2001, when it was still operating from a small shop across the road from its current home.
Her story reflects the many journeys that have shaped the ASRC across the past 25 years, of people seeking asylum rebuilding their lives with dignity, connection and opportunity, becoming forces of change.

The ASRC acknowledges Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples as the First Peoples and Traditional Custodians of the lands where we live, learn, and work every day.
We pay our respects to them, their customs, their culture, and Elders past and present. We recognise that First Nations' sovereignty and lands were never ceded. This land always was and always will be Aboriginal land.
As part of our commitment to First Nations justice, we support Treaty for Victoria. We pay the rent to Traditional Owners through www.paytherent.net.au
