This Masterclass is designed to give you practical advice for public speaking, and plenty of opportunity to practice and get feedback. Come prepared with a draft 2-3 minute speech to work on!

Sewing

Women who are ASRC members/clients are welcome to join the Friday Sewing group where we make Foodbank Grocery Bags.

SRSS - Life Without Barriers

Every Tuesday and Friday, a representative from Life Without Barriers attends the ASRC to support people who would like to learn more about the Status Resolution Support Services (SRSS) program or get help with applications.

When: Every Tuesday and Friday
Hour: 10am – 2.00pm
Location: ASRC Footscray

SRSS - Settlement Services International

Every Thursday, a representative from Settlement Services International (SSI) attends the ASRC to support people who would like to learn more about the Status Resolution Support Services (SRSS) program or get help with applications.

When: Every Thursday
Hour: 10am – 3.00pm

Energy and Water Ombudsman of Victoria

All people seeking asylum are welcome to attend and receive information about their bills directly from a representative of the Energy and Water Ombudsman Victoria (EWOV).

When: 4th Thursday of every month
Hour: 10am – 2.00pm

Financial Capacity workshop to Prevent Family Violence

Financial education workshop for migrant and refugee women to prevent family violence, build resilience, navigate rising costs, and gain practical knowledge, support, and referrals.
