This winter, help stock the ASRC Foodbank so refugees and people seeking asylum don’t go without life’s essentials.
Right now, more than 1000 people rely on the ASRC Foodbank each month. With no income support, no access to mainstream safety nets, and thousands of people still denied the right to work, many families are being pushed deeper into hardship. Your donations help ensure our community doesn’t go hungry.
We’re calling on our community of compassion to donate essential pantry and personal care items. Every item counts. Every act helps.
At the Food Drive, you can also take action for change.
While food relief provides immediate support, people seeking asylum should have the opportunity to support themselves and their families. We’re calling on the Australian Government to restore work rights and access to study so people can build secure, independent futures.
Join us on the day to sign our petition and add your voice to the growing call for work rights.

The ASRC acknowledges Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples as the First Peoples and Traditional Custodians of the lands where we live, learn, and work every day.
We pay our respects to them, their customs, their culture, and Elders past and present. We recognise that First Nations' sovereignty and lands were never ceded. This land always was and always will be Aboriginal land.
As part of our commitment to First Nations justice, we support Treaty for Victoria. We pay the rent to Traditional Owners through www.paytherent.net.au
